We use Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points in our campus. It is definitely a solid and reliable product. We love the simplicity of using the Cloud Controller and how it gives us many tools to monitor the health of our Wireless Clients. The flexibility when it comes to allow guest access based on schedules is a beauty.

It is easy to have a Zero Touch Deployment. One of the best things, if not the best, about deployment is that you need to enter just one piece of information to the Dashboard and in a few clicks your new Access Point is providing wireless access. Additionally, updates are done almost without supervision and are seamless.

I want to mention we also make the Wireless access available to the public.

You need to have knowledge of wireless signals and have the understanding of how to troubleshoot basic Wireless issues.

I don’t know what premium support is. We have the MR license that comes with support already.
Yes - We had a bug where a hidden SSID was not working. Support concluded it was a bug and provided steps for mitigating the issue while they solved the bug.
I can recall a time when I made a mistake applying the license. I did not know how to solve it and called support. They explained me what to do and assisted me right away.
