Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

We use this product in our meeting rooms or collaboration. It creates a standard meeting environment for our users. And ease of use.

Pros

  • It has very little issues. It's very easy to use from an end user perspective. It's easy to manage, good level of analytics.

Cons

  • We'd love to see airplay in the Microsoft teams rooms.
  • It reduced our level of support. I would say we have to respond to less issues. We found what we have before.
We've used Logitech equipment before and other bring your own room systems.
Support's been really good. They've always given us a solution or a timeframe on resolution or we've contacted.
There's probably a couple of little things that could make it easier for you.

It's well suited for team meetings. It's well suited for most room sizes. The smaller units that we use aren't as appropriate for the larger, bigger training spaces, but there are other products.
