Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

We use the Cisco Room Series product with Microsoft Teams Application in our conference rooms to make it easy for our associates to join teams meetings and collaborate.

Pros

  • Great Video and Audio quality
  • Simplified One Touch Operation to join Teams meetings
  • Ability to submit ServiceNow support cases to our IT support organization

Cons

  • Ability to use Standard SIP connection from the Microsoft Teams Application and avoid using WebRTC
  • The Cisco MTRoA solution has reduced the time it takes for our users to join their meeting and spend more time concentrating on business rather than the technology.
  • It simply works.
  • Ease of support.
  • We also appreciate the great support we get from intelligent folks in Cisco TAC organization.
Superb technical knowledge from the entire TAC team. Cisco has done a great job of selecting the right individuals to be part of this organization to represent Cisco.
Simple to operate, and a solid product. Little to no downtime.

We are getting positive feedback regarding Cisco solutions being utilized as MTRoA devices from our user community. The interface is intuitive and looks just like their Teams Application on their desktop they are familiar with. The solution is stable compare to some of the device that are running on other third party hardware and Microsoft Windows Operating systems.
