Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Access

In our organization, we use Cisco Secure Access and private access

Pros

  • Ease of setup
  • Client install
  • Meraki integration

Cons

  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in Cisco Secure Access with Speed to resources based on hub sites
  • Improved security is a positive
  • Productivity lowered with latency to resources
  • Aruba Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN) and Aruba EdgeConnect
In our organization, we chose Cisco Secure Access because, in our experience, Aruba SSE is quicker to connect to resources, but costs more.

Do you think Cisco Secure Access delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Cisco Secure Access's feature set?

Yes

Did Cisco Secure Access live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Cisco Secure Access go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco Secure Access again?

Yes

I think I am likely to tell a colleague that, in my experience, Cisco Secure Access is great and easy to configure. Geographically dispersed offices and resources cause issues with latency versus SD-WAN setups.
