Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Connect
We utilize this in order to connect WFH associates to the VPN. We also have the umbrella tool that integrates with this product.
Pros
- The application always seems to work reliably.
- The process to sign in and connect is easy and straightforward.
- The install process of this application is easy as well.
Cons
- Sometimes the connection to a personal WiFi or hotspot is unworkable.
- We have about 30 remote users who are able to continue doing their job from anywhere
