Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Connect

I use Cisco Secure Connect for virtual conferences with our other sites and partner sites. We use this for small and large meetings to communicate and conduct business meetings but it is also used to facilitate training sessions for new and existing staff members as well as a social space in our offices.

Pros

  • Audio
  • Visual
  • Hosting capabilities

Cons

  • More interactive features during meeting
  • Touch screen addition would help
  • More options on the control pad
  • Saves travel expense
  • Saves time
  • We have an weekly team meet that would require £90 train fares per person, we now do this virtual saving that money
It’s easy to use, but there could be more options available to you. There is a control pad which allows you to do all the capabilities without the requirement of having a laptop plugged in. This is very handy and very user friendly whilst also giving me control of the meeting.

I was hosting virtual training for a new call structure that was launching in my operation, this was to other sites and staff members working from their own homes. Cisco Secure Connect was great as I could use the whole space in the room and have the camera follow me around picking up my voice from every corner of the room.
