Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense

We use it to protect our users from spam, xx@xx.com=>cisco secure email=>o365=>our user

Pros

  • Content filter: we can do whatever we want
  • Management with SMA
  • Possibility of producing interesting statistics from a functional but also security point of view

Cons

  • We had some problems with the antispam
  • The API part: Too few things that we can achieve whether on the esa or on the SMA
  • Let the customer decide if he wants to upgrade the antivirus & antispam engine
  • Very reliable: requires little maintenance
