Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Firewall

We're a reseller, so we actually resell the product, so we productize that and bundle that with a professional service and managed service offering and we serve to our customers.

Pros

  • A very high malware detection rate.

Cons

  • The management interface of the product. So at the moment it will require a separate platform. So firewall, maintenance console, it'll be good to have that management feature integrated within the platform itself.
  • Yes. So because of the low entry point for the entry price, I think it's very easy to achieve the return of investment.
