We use the Cisco Secure Firewall as our primary firewall. We have the device in high availability.

- Easy to follow GUI

Cons
- Very slow to apply configuration changes
- Inability to use uppercase characters is a little annoying
- Very little down time required for maintenance windows
- Protects corporate network very well
Our experience has been exceptional. The device operates as expected.
We have several VPN connections that all remote locations' traffic is routed through our primary firewall, that allows us to have one set of policies to protect remote sites.
