Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Spaces

Cisco Spaces is used in our network primarily as an avenue for consumer engagement. Our guest wireless is supported by the Cisco Spaces Captive Portal system and allows us to directly engage and drive anyone using our guest portal to our applications. So far it has been great in adding our consumers to our application journey.

Analytics help us prove ROI and provide essential information for management. We are able to track dwell time of users in different areas of our stores, send targeted information to consumers, and to push our consumers to adopt out app, diversifying their journey within our company while allowing us to properly use our bandwidth.
Telemetry and client location for troubleshooting and assurance.
Really, the drive to have consumers download our application helps us cement our relationship with our clients and helps us provide a better experience both in and out of the stores. We are also able to send targeted advertising to client based on their device location within the retail store.
We have not used this function, we have looked at it to track IP assets, but have not fully integrated it.

While Cisco Spaces does have it's cosmetic issues, the ease of use and Cisco engagement assist our engineers in running a robust and engaging guest wireless network in our stores. Statistics provided by Cisco Spaces are essential in our story telling and metrics reporting. We are able to better engage the consumer.
