We use it for Location services and history. We are also authentication guests by Guest authentication service available in Cisco Spaces. Guests get one time password for 2nd factor authentication. We also use Cisco Spaces engagement services to send welcome back message to our guests once them come back to premises. We have integrated some sensors for people counting in meeting rooms.

Cisco Spaces helps us to find exact location of rouge devices. It helps to find the location history of each devices. We can also get report related to humidity and temperature of each floor and location. Now we have mac address and mobile number of each user with us because of guest authentication using OTP over mobile number.

Cisco Spaces has location-based services platform that is providing us real-time insights of customer and employee behavior. They help us to enhance how organizations interact with customers and employees. It provides way finding for guests to show them exact location of the meeting rooms with step by step live guidance to reach the meeting room

We use it to get the exact location of assets and guests. We can can track and manage critical assets efficiently. We get real-time visibility into how and where assets are being used across an organization. It helps us to track, monitor, and optimize asset using the 3d map services provided by Cisco Spaces.
