Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series
It's used across the organization to facilitate meetings in a virtual environment. It is particularly helpful in the current remote-working environment. With Cisco webex, we are able to screen-share, call from the computer instead of requiring to use a separate phone, can jump on a call quickly by sending the link with the skype add-on button, use the add-ins to convert an Outlook email into a meeting, etc.
- Screen-share is a great feature to get everyone in a meeting with on the same page.
- Ability to convert an email into a webex meeting invite provides flexibility to arrange a meeting without having to create a separate invite, specially when the distribution list is long.
- Interface with skype provides ability to convert a skype chat into an impromptu meeting without having to create a separate invite
- Ability to download attendance and details cuts down on noting attendance.
- not sure if this could be due to the version my organization uses, but could there be an integrated chat facility?
- I think it has been great! Like I said, it has made many, many meetings possible.
I like this product because it not only cuts out my desk phone but also takes my extension mobility to another level. No more forwarding extensions to my cellphone. And the ability to call from anywhere in the world seamlessly is another cool thing I like without having to worry about having to find a phone with an international calling facility.
