Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

There have been 2 instances where it was used within our organization: 1. During a meeting with a client for product and project presentation, and 2. A different member of our marketing department utilized this program to present different marketing and design ideas across different industries. It was very useful to see everything virtually in detail.

  • Availability in more than 3 sizes
  • Ability for more than 2-way whiteboarding
  • Positive: Ability to quickly access ongoing projects across departments
  • Positive: Allows easily working on things when not all employees are in the office
  • Positive: Provides more opportunity to present new ideas and projects virtually
I have not come across other products that have enough similarity to compare them to Cisco Webex Board Series. I've worked with colleagues and clients who utilize systems like Microsoft Team, OneDrive, and Google Docs to allow people to simultaneously work on projects; however, I've found Cisco Webex Board Series has the most benefits compared to those.
I gave a rating of 9 because of the personal experience for those within my organization - both in and out of my department. Although larger companies may find more difficulties with certain features, especially with more people possibly needing to simultaneously work on an ongoing project together, our organization has not had any issues and finds it very useful.
It only took about 1-3 days for everyone I've worked with to understand the general functionality of Cisco Webex Board Series. It is generally very easy to understand once you understand how your team can benefit from this. Once your team understands what your goals are and how the provided features can apply, it becomes very easy to use this system.

I would say I would be at an 8-9 on recommending Cisco Webex Board Series. There is room for improvement with expanding how many people can actively whiteboard simultaneously, however, I personally favor the 2-way whiteboarding and current features of this service. I understand larger companies would benefit from the expansion, but it has been useful the few times our organization has used it or come across others using it in meetings.
