Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

This product is used in meeting rooms for interacting with attendees who are remote or displaying information or slides for presentations. We have one of these devices in each meeting room, and this allows people to easily use these to connect with other people who are working from home and collaborate on what they are working on.

We have used a Polycom system for video calling. It worked well, but it was only for meetings and video conferencing. The Cisco Webex Board Series seem to be better integrated into the team's system we have on our laptops and PCs and allows for easy connectivity without lots of steps and much training.
It is good, and any issue is quickly looked at and largely resolved easily. The problem can be that the use case for Cisco Webex Board Series is quite large, so you can be one of the many people using the service. Because of this, there can be delays of not very personal service delivered.
It is very easy to use and pick up, even for people who haven't used these devices before. There can be some initial difficulty in knowing what to do and when, and the lack of remote control is a fairly big letdown. If the screen is far away from you, it is not great to have to keep getting up.

It is best suited for video\audio calls and meeting use. you can easily connect to the meeting with an ID or your laptop and also share content easily in a couple of ways. It's less useful for large-scale meetings as attendees seem to get lost as their video can get shrunk or hidden offscreen.
