Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

The Cisco Webex Room Kit is used to join multiple meeting types. Users are able to walk into a space and choose the meeting type of their choice. We are consistently bouncing between Microsoft Teams meetings and Cisco Webex Meetings, and the occasional Zoom or Google Meet with the touch of a button.

Pros

  • Outstanding resolution
  • MS Team integration w/ OBTP
  • Wireless content sharing using the Webex App

Cons

  • Simpler macro support, still need to make a lot on our own
  • Provide more customization directly from Control Hub w/o being on the same network
  • Would like Interop with all meeting providers w/o additional licenses
  • Easy to hold meetings of all types and share content
  • Meetings have been simpler to start
  • Support has been very simple
The Cisco Webex Room Kit definitely has higher-quality audio and video. The integration with our Control Hub has allowed us to customize much of the experience and get valuable insights via analytics. The Webex Assistant has been great as well, as we can say various commands to the kit without needing to physically touch anything.
We don't have to ever contact support as it's very simple and integrates with Control Hub.
Overall the Cisco Webex Room Kit is just simple to use. New features are always being released. OS 11 has made the experience even better, and the commitment to Microsoft support is a major plus.

The Cisco Webex Room Kit has a higher quality meeting experience than other similar products, especially with audio and video. There is a USB passthrough and the upcoming support allowing the device to be a fully functional MS Teams Rooms device. I like that there is a lot of customization and analytics available via Control Hub.
