Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers

The Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers are being utilized across the entire organization, namely within the corporate office. In a large, two-story building, the controller handles the wireless network connectivity throughout the square footage entirely. It is heavily utilized, as most end users carry, on average, two mobile devices for the workplace environment.
  • Reliability. The controller has continued to run with very minimal issues.
  • Scalability. This is ideal for most medium-sized organizations and the controller handles the large square footage well.
  • Ease of use. The Cisco platform is user friendly and provides a wide range of tuning options.
  • Vulnerabilities. Cisco could be quicker on addressing these.
  • Customer support. The controller is a key component and should receive quality support as such.
  • More integrations. The platform could be better utilized with a wide range of security event logging and monitoring providers.
  • Better network uptime
