Overall Satisfaction with Claris FileMaker

We use Claris FileMaker in so many ways, it’s our registration system, SaaS, CRM and provides reports.

  • CRM

Cons

  • Connecting to a smaller localized database
  • We are able to view customer history easily
It’s not terribly difficult to learn or teach to new employees
Claris FileMaker looks more legit and not as likely to mess up formulas and such.
