Overall Satisfaction with Clay

In my organization, we use Clay for dynamic enrichment of inbound contacts and companies. General CRM (customer relationship management) bulk operations

Pros

  • dynamically enriching new leads from a Salesforce report
  • connecting to various sources
  • allowing consistent interaction with cutting edge agents

Cons

  • If they can solve scraping LinkedIn profiles, that would be magic
  • Major time savings
In my experience, Clay does so much, but I fear for those whole aren't "technical" maybe include some guardrails, or a "choose your difficulty" element
