In our organization, we use Clay for Enriching Account, Contacts and surfacing signals

Pros

  • Getting contact information based on emails
  • Getting firmographic information for accounts
  • Generating Signals such as job changes

Cons

  • Ability to edit an agent without generating brand new fields
  • Allowing Slack column to only export once
  • More templates
  • Positive - ability to generate high quality signals to us to allow sales to act
