Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work for a small marketing agency that does B2B lead generation through cold outreach. I use Clay to build, enrich and verify prospect lists as well as for scripting and sequencing. Clay helps us create higher quality prospect lists for our email, LinkedIn, and cold calling campaigns, and scale our outreach more efficiently.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Connecting multiple of our external software into one place so I don't have to manually combine/edit/clean data from different sources within excel or Google sheets.
Data cleaning, the function feature is amazing

Cons

the search function for saved templates is horrible, I want to be able to search through just my saved templates not the publics. even when I select You and then try to search from my own saved templates it brings up everyone's.

Clay has helped with our client retention due to providing better quality leads and booked appointments for our clients

It definitely has a lot of features that are user friendly but because its so robust it can be overwhelming to a newer user.

I would highly recommend it with the caveat of taking the time to truly learn the tool and its AI functionality so people can get a better idea of the different ways they can utilize it to increase productivity.
