Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform

CMiC is our ERP platform to consolidate everything in one database, from the initial lead through the sales process through the final warranty in the construction process. It is also our filing and data storage system, as well as our communication platform with our external clients and business partners, all in a cloud format that allows for multiple site access, critical for the transfer of information among scattered job locations. This software helps us implement SOPs for all of our processes, and then provides insights through its measurement capacity and Business Intelligence reporting functionality.

CMiC is more user friendly from a management perspective, robust in terms of the completeness of all processes - sales, management, and finance, collaborative with outside vendors and business partners, and provides better overall analytics of the data that drives our business, and is the most important to our success.

This software is appropriate when you're looking for a completely integrated ERP for the construction management process—multiple projects across multiple vendors and collaborators. It is less appropriate for trade contractors who don't have the burden of managing multiple subcontracts, or multiple collaborators, and would be overkill for their typical construction process.

CMiC Construction Platform Support

We've been in implementation for over two years on their cloud product, and still don't have all aspects working properly.
