We use CodeSignal as an assessment platform for promising candidates aspiring to work at our organization. It helps us, to some extent figure out which candidates have a proper understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and which ones are yet to strengthen their technical foundations. This is essential as the difference in coding practices is evident and often has an impact as it builds up to production scale.

HackerEarth did not provide us with an interview scheduling system back in the day. CodeSignal is a more convenient, easy-to-use tool that provides assessments, phone interviews, and a lot of other hiring necessities. Overall, CodeSignal has been the better service compared to hacker earth and hacker rank 100%
