Overall Satisfaction with Cofense Triage
Whole organization. Addresses phishing and managing phishing mailbox indirectly. Helps with automation of automotive responses and assists with SOR tool. Makes it easier to threat hunt and with customization of creating YARA rules, it enhances out our threat hunting skills. We've seen an increase in reporting of emails from our users due to how easy it is to click on the Reporter Button.
- Cofense Reporter has increased the number of emails being reported.

- Have continuous quarantine be real time and not cron schedule every 5 mins.
