Overall Satisfaction with Comindware Tracker

It helps our company with keeping track of the approval and document signing process that runs across several departments. No more need for papers and manual controls.

Cons

  • You have to use a web browser on your mobile devices. It would be wonderful to have a mobile app.
  • Adds a certain level of accountability for approval processing
  • No more need for papers and manual controls.
It allows [us] to run parallel branches in a workflow, so several departments can simultaneously review the same document on s specific approval flow step. I'm excited with this feature.
