Overall Satisfaction with Comindware Tracker
We are using Comindware Tracker in some departments and it is going to be used across the organization in a while. Form-based workflows or a synchronous work processes are designed by demand. Some of these processes are specific to a group or department, but some business processes involve field workers and people from multiple departments.
Pros

- The parallel approval mechanism allows sending work items to a group rather than a single person

Yes - You can't create a new workflow or web form from mobile interface - all administration features are available from desktop browser. Mobile interface allows doing anything you could ever need during completing your workflow tasks - attach documents, send them for approval, discuss issues with a workflow task, check your daily tasks list, share a link to a task with your colleague.
