Overall Satisfaction with Communique Conferencing
We use Communique's virtual event platform to host events for various clients throughout the year. These include both virtual only events and hybrid events. Communique's platform addresses the need for hosting events online with a lot of networking and engagement. Some of the events also include an exhibition hall with virtual booths.
Pros
- Delivering a unique and elevated experience by using a platform with a unique look and feel.
- The platform capsulizes everything and makes information easily accessible.
- It's the team support that keeps us coming back. We have a dream team which is why our events go off so well without a hitch.

- Would like to be able to display both the attendees name and company during Q&A
- Branding and customization (look and feel)

- We always get positive feedback regarding the platform on our attendee surveys.
- Their incredible support team saves us time and money. For example, there was a problem with a live stream at our last event. Although the problem was not on Communique's end, their experienced tech support team were able to provide insight that helped the on-site production company quickly isolate and resolve the issue.
