A select number of vendors were evaluated against a long list of requirements drafted by an internal working group, which comprised stakeholders from compliance, engineers, ops, internal audit, customer support, etc. Each vendor was scored against these, and we ultimately did a POC with the final 2 and ultimately selecting ComplyCube as our AML/KYC vendors.
