- Effective web-based employee expense reporting, espeically from mobile devices. Also vendor invoice submissions and audit trails.
- Staff report it is sometimes too much effort to enter information for invoice processing. However, from a fiscal record keeping perspective it excels at reducing duplicate account management when used across organization.
- Mobile app does not allow employees to merge expenses they record on the go with delayed credit card transaction postings.
- Employees on the road report ease of use in managing travel expenses especially in situations where company credit card is not used.
