Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM
We use Conga CLM to process contracts. Conga walks users through the process of creating(using Templates), editing, and approving (via Docusign) the contracts enabling streamlined process from creation to signature.
Pros
- Tracts steps of contracts process
- Gives prompts for steps
- allows users to track process in real time
- record keeping
Cons
- being able to change directions mid-process. we need a way to go back or undo steps. once , I had my manager accidentally hit the override button and I was unable to revert back to getting Docusign signatures.
- I'd like to add that some templates are created with a title and you cannot change if it's in ALL CAPS or not once the template is made so we always have to go back and change the contract once created

- time saved in processing COntracts in getting signatures
Yes, but i'm a new user and am still learning. SOmetimes I feel like the prompts are not intuitive enough, So I have made notes on how to get through the process
Conga CLM is more user friendly, but the Deltek had more options for changes during the process. Or maybe I am still learning
