Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We are Public Sector and use Conga Contracts mainly for records management. business problems we've been encountering lately is proper notifications when Project Managers or Company Contacts change.

Pros

  • easy to search
  • user friendly
  • cloud based

Cons

  • notifications
  • user management
  • easier bulk changes
  • Event alerts going to the wrong person (updates are done across multiple pages. which is a hassle
  • Great for contract tracking and making sure if its an annual bid we start our solicitation process on time
  • Wish we were using more AI
Overall scalability is not what government is looking for. We are stewards of tax payers dollars and trying to make sure we spend our money wisely.
We do not use these services on Conga Contracts. Looking forward to learning more about it.
We have Conga Contracts so we don't have a lot of the features that CLM has but looking forward to using it more. Conga Contracts has been a great document portal to share with other divisions and our Accounts payable department.

It has been easy to charge contracts with all divisions of the county without having to worry about them opening the wrong documents. Easy labeling.
