Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We used Conga CLM at Evernorth to manage all contracts and their lifecycle for our PBM business. We leveraged approvals, redlining, and more. We unfortunately were not integrated with Sign. I moved companies July 2024 to CoreTrust and since joining, brought Sign and Composer to my new company! Super pumped about Conga products and the next one I want to bring is CLM.

It is the best CLM solution I have seen on the marketplace in terms of ease of use, ease of integration, and product design. It was however very difficult to use a lot of the functionality at scale at Evernorth since they were so big and process was ridgid. That was my biggest piece of feedback from prior Connects -> everything looks awesome, but how practical is it for me?
