Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

Conga CLM is the repository for our Product contracts for numerous segments within our organization. The CLM integrates with the CPQ to streamline document processing and saves time and fewer communication with the review and approval flows. it also provides necessary data that is used for reporting purposes that we didn’t previously have.

  • Makes the document signature process easier
  • Customization of agreement records to fit various segments

Cons

  • Document version control
  • Ability to send pdf documents for review
  • Shared document review ( multiple people sharing)
  • Able to increase document creation by 12% in first year of implementation
  • Report delivery time has been reduced substantially
  • Dashboards provide single view of expirations
Not sure if our organization is utilizing this functionality
Yes, this has simplified some of the contract processes.We are utilizing the self-service functionality for one of our products and this has significantly improved process time and efficiency for those agreements. We are looking for future automations to streamline the contract lifecycles. I believe AI will be a great tool to achieve better efficiencies.

I would recommend the CLM as an excellent repository for agreements. The user experience is easy to learn and understand. You can track expirations, products and specific content that can be used by various stakeholders. The entire contract administration can be streamlined and provide users time to do other projects and tasks
