Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

we use Conga CLM for contract management in our organization, we mostly use it for automating contract creation and approvals. The templates save us time and the approval workflow make sure the right people see contracts when they need to. it helped us with compliance bit as well as before it was very difficult for us to manage.

Pros

  • One of the best features I would say is the ability to automatically generate contracts using pre built templates
  • also the approval workflow system is great it ensures that the right people are always reviewing contracts at the right time
  • audit trail and compliance tracking is equally helpful to keep a check on timeline of contract
  • what used to take our sales team 5 to 7 days can now be done in 2 to 3 days max so yes time saving is one of the thing it has improved
  • also we have seen a 70% reduction in errors related to contract terms
because it is really scalable

I would say contract renewal tracking is awesome helps to set up automatic reminders for upcoming renewals that ensures we never miss an important deadline, also it allows multiple teams like sales legal and finance to work collaboratively on the same contract all while maintaining version control. this is very essential for us as contract needs to go through various dept.
