Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

For one of our customers in healthcare domain, we used Conga to simplify their Benefit document creation process. On the upstream side, we used Generative AI to read the benefit filing document and process it to extract clauses and rules which in turn were used to generate contract documents. Later these documents were managed in Conga.

Pros

  • End to end Life cycle management for Contracts or documents in general
  • AI features are helpful in searching contract repositories and contract details
  • Template and clause libraries are helpful for compliance and legal standards

Cons

  • Customization is not easy - Ease of customization can be improved
  • UI/UX could be improved
  • Total cost of implementation is high
  • Time saving in processing contracts
  • Improved compliance
Conga is scalable but involved higher cost component.
For our customers, Conga has definitely helped simplify the contract lifecycle. Earlier the process was cumbersome and manual, now with Conga it is easy and fast. With AI tools, it provides insights, without having to leave the tool and in context of the document,

Conga CLM is great tool for end-to-end contract management and its AI features are great and evolving. It could benefit from UI/UX improvements and ease of customization.
