Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM (Conga Contracts)
Conga CLM is used to maintain the agreement data in the Quote to Sign process. We use it in conjunction with the X-Author. There are quite a good amount of limitations that comes with it and because of being a managed package, there is little to very less control over the source code. My choice would be to evaluate other solutions before finalizing the purchase decision.
- Loosely coupled with the SaaS product
- Easily configurable
- Regular Package Upgrades
- Customised solutions as per the customer needs.
- Could be faster in loading
- Can be revamped to Lightning solution.
- Good amount of time saved in Contract Processing
- Quite slow while rendering and processing at the UI level
- Difficult to configure clause library
Yes, it has simplified the Contract lifecycle management process for our org and a lot of things are been delegated via this tool now.
