Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM (Conga Contracts)
We utilize Conga CLM for all of our internal contracts. Great tool with tremendous support from the Conga Technical team. We manage all of our contracts from the beginning phase until the contract has been executed through the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management tool. Issues have persisted during configuration changes, modifying field criteria, etc.
- Customer Support.
- Resolving Issues.
- Site Maintenance.
- Follow Up Time On Urgent Issues.
- Resolving Platform Issues in a timely manner.
- Missing functionality.
- No ROI yet.
- More Productivity.
- Cost Savings was intended.
The Conga tool has certainly simplified Contract Lifecycle Management. Processes are smooth and easy to pick up one from a user experience standpoint.
Non Applicable. I have not used or seen any other CLM tools such as Conga.
