Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Conga Composer for our insurance documents such as Policies, Claims, Renewals, etc. Conga Composer allows us to create these documents quickly based off of templates and data stored in our Salesforce Instance. We use Conga regularly both for our annual renewals of existing clients and generating new policy documents for our new clients.

Right now there is a tech issue where the templates we have been editing and uploading are periodically being reverted to their original template by Conga, which causes our documents to be pulled incorrectly. We have been working with their tech team for several months to try to get this resolved but there has not been a solution.

Conga has alleviated manual generation which avoids errors with missing fields or data. We are able to offer a same day turn around of documents that we were not able to accommodate prior to Conga.
