Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

As a real estate developer and construction company, we use Conga Composer to generate various contracts in our sales and building process. Conga makes life easy and improves efficiencies by automating manual entries. We have Conga Composer as an app on our salesforce system, which helps prevent double handling and user errors. Conga Composer also integrates seamlessly with DocuSign, which we use to send documents to our clients.

  • Initially, it is hard to comprehend as the setup process is a bit complex. More user adoption tools, such as tutorials and resources, would help.
  • Sometimes the error message is very generic and hard to troubleshoot.

Understanding how Conga works at the start can be painful. The user interface is also pretty bad. Errors are hard to debug because the error messages are very generic, such as 'Something went wrong.' It would help if the error messages were more specific and easier to read. There is a lot of improvement here that could be made.
Once set up, it is easy for the end users to generate documents, quotes, etc. This reduces time and saves money for the organization by creating error-free documents and enhancing customer experiences.

Conga improves efficiency and automates a lot of the tasks, especially in terms of quote calculations and document creation. It can create documents in a lot of formats as well. So that is a plus. It also integrates well with DocuSign. So, if you had a scenario such as the generation of documents (quotes or contracts) based on the customer fields and also requiring their signatures and other people's signatures within the organization, it is a good resource for it.
