Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use it to send proposals through Salesforce for signature.

Pros

  • Integration with Salesforce.

Cons

  • integration with Salesforce is buggy.
  • Integration with Salesforce is missing key components such as canceling a send, updating a send, etc.
  • Bad new customer experience.
I don't use this.
I think it is a good start if you are just sending things via email, but there are other tools on the market that I find to be more useful, like DocuSign. The Salesforce integration would be great if it had everything DocuSign offers within the platform. I'm not sure if Consign has a platform like DocuSign, but the organization prefers us to go through Salesforce.

I haven't used the tool outside of Salesforce, but I have just started using other tools like DocuSign because the Salesforce plugin has caused too many problems.
