Automates our personalized document creation and send -- easy for our users

We provide training and grants for gender equity advocacy. Therefore we have a need to provide acceptance emails/letters to participants that have personalized data from our Salesforce system. We use Conga Composer to create and send these acceptance letters, and also grant agreements with personalized details. We also use Conga Composer to generate word documents for our Communications team to develop leader biographies from data collected in onboarding forms. Finally, our development team uses Conga Composer to create and send custom donation acknowledgement emails and letters.

We have gone from needing to manually customize digital communication to having entire processes automated. This results in greater efficiency for our staff, error-free communication to our leaders and grantees, and no need to upload documents to Salesforce for storage.
