Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

Conga helps Sellers to easily and quickly get quotes to the clients. In our business we use Conga CPQ with all the pricing and approval automation functions. We have several integrations with other applications and use a Microservices architecture which creates an E2E experience for the Sellers and customer advocates. Conga CPQ is used by more than 2k users currently and we achieved to build a stable environment over the last years

Automation via Conga saved time for Sellers. But performance of the application is still room for improvement.
If data from integrated systems are accurate. Conga quotes show correct results and help Sellers in client negotiations
