Overall Satisfaction with Conga Grid

We use Conga Grid for our quality control process to ensure we have accurate meta data information on our agreement records. We do periodic updates to correct issues identified in the manual drafting process

Pros

  • Mass updates to including chatter notes
  • User specific views that limits their ability to change key fields
  • Ability to create views with fields from different objects to view and edit

Cons

  • Mass record creation
  • Easier way to create a view
  • Ability to upload files into records
  • Saved countless hours of manual effort to update records one by one
It could be easier to create views or there could be additional training with step by step examples in conga community
