Overall Satisfaction with Conga Grid

Generally trying to keep users out of excel/sheets and using Salesforce data directly. Users are able to make targeted mass updates in Salesforce without admin help.

Pros

  • Filtering and grouping data

Cons

  • Configuration is difficult
  • Being able to use already-built salesforce reports to start a template
  • Visualforce is outdated
  • Interface is clunky
  • Time savings on data entry
  • Data accuracy is improving
Compared to using Salesforce reporting/in-line editing it is much better. It could be snappier by a lot, the usability with mouse and dragging and selecting is pretty bad.
