Overall Satisfaction with Conga Sign

We use Conga Sign to generate Purchase Agreements and send them for signature to our customers.

Pros

  • Attaches the file to the email
  • Sends to the signers in the order we want
  • Allows us to determine if a recipient is a signer or not.
  • Accelerated our process for getting purchase Agreements to our customers.
  • Reduced errors of reps forgetting to attach the file to an email.
  • IDK
Reps only have to click a button to generate the document, then they select the recipients from contacts in Salesforce, and then decide if they are a signer or not.

This is much better than generating and attaching the file to the email manually because I don't trust that all of the sales reps would do that correctly
