Overall Satisfaction with Conga Sign

We currently use Conga Sign to obtain our electronic signatures after approvals are completed. Some of our issues depend on the PDF document. If it was previously signed by a vendor and scanned over to us, Conga Sign will give us an error, and we still have to use DocuSign. Also, we hate the fact that if there is a mistake made in the PKG, we have to void it out instead of edit it like DocuSign.

Pros

  • Gives detailed notifications
  • Available through wizard within the system
  • Reassignment capabilities

Cons

  • The void instead of edit capability
  • Size of document limitations
  • Its been a great tool within the system for us to house everything within one system
  • Cut down on costs of DocuSign
Because even without the edit capabilities and size limitations it really is an easy tool to use and very accessible
