Overall Satisfaction

This was a tool that allowed us to incorporate sales, technicians and the warehouse staff. Integrating these 3 departments made us more efficient and effective.
  • It had excellent training modules.
  • Integrated sales & equipment tracking.
  • It was very user friendly.
  • There really was no "bumps in the road". The product was great. My only suggestion is to make the training modules a little easier to access remotely.
  • It has been several years since I used the product, but in my personal experience it made my daily activity planning more efficient.

Presently I am in a different industry, but if I were to return to an industry that had a need for a complex management system I would highly recommend ConnectWise as it made cross departmental infrastructure aligned in the same goal sets.
The training modules were not explained prior to adoption, but that had more to do with management than ConnectWise.
