ConnectWise is are all-in-one system for managing our sales pipeline, marketing leads, order processing, and resource allocation.
  • Order Processing
  • Pipeline Reporting
  • Activity Tracking
  • Mobile Application is lacking functionality
  • Marketing Tools are not very intuitive. Could be developed more.
  • Time tracking requires manual input each week. Templates would be helpful.
  • Sales Reporting has been helpful
  • Documentation history with accounts is good.
I have used SalesForce in the past. It is a much more flexible platform, but ConnectWise has most of the elements we require for our needs.
We have committed to using this tool as a company. We will renew.
It is a good CRM for a smaller IT consulting company. The only reason I do not rate it higher is that we have pushed the limits of the tool (being a relatively larger consulting company).
