Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise
Very simply - If its not in ConnectWise, it didn't happen. ConnectWise is our single most important tool to register, keep and maintain our client information. Everything we do for a client is recorded in ConnectWise (sales, billing, repairs, documentation, communication).

- Auditing of clients (service orders, time, conversations, etc)
- Increased billing effeciency
- Better client communications
- Better marketing efforts
- Realistic SLA expectations and reporting
If you're in IT and not using ConnectWise then you're also missing a lot of opportunities with your clients and not charging enough for your service orders. In my first month of using ConnectWise it saved my rear by being able to provide a client with a full audit log of activities we had provided AND it increased my revenue because I was not billing for all my time.
