Colen Built Development has used the NEWSTAR ERP
to manage their financial and accounting requirements since 2020. Over time, we
have adapted many point solutions within the Constellation ecosystem to
modernize our sales, field operations, and customer experience.

  • Some user interfaces are dated, although the functionality is more important to us than the UI.
  • The expansive NEWSTAR system can take time to learn for new employees.
  • NEWSTAR’s field tools, OnLocation Schedule and OnLocation Warranty, have been game changers to our construction and warranty teams.
  • Our end users rave about SalesXpress, where we can create a new home sales contract in just two minutes.
  • Buyers have noted tremendous ease of use with submitting service request tickets through Homeowner Central and enjoy the convenience of having manuals at their fingertips for the products installed in their home.
The implementations for Constellation’s products are
very well-organized and help make the learning curve as simple as can be.
