Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

We use Control-M for mainly orchestration and to schedule the jobs. We did a pilot where we compared Control-M and Enterprise scheduler. The best part about Control-M is the GUI which is very easy to lean and implement. We need not have any major technical expertise to train team members. Control-M has a very user friendly interface when compared to the other tools out there, Bug thumbs up for that,

Ease of use. I gave half as we are still evaluating the product and when implemented there could be more things unfolded.

Control-M is well suited where the automation of the jobs is already completed and need more of an administration view where the jobs are self running and on low maintenance mode. And where it's less appropriate is where we need to create a job which has multiple dependencies and interact with different systems. We have used Airflow in that situations
